The modern business world is now a VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, & Ambiguous). It’s no longer enough to have a good education. You need a support system with eyes on the myriad factors and influences challenging entrepreneurs today. A SCORE Mentor can be a wonderful part of the that support system as you begin your journey. My many and varied career experiences, and my education (MBA & Master’s in Human Resources Development} enables me to provide you with broad, relevant insight as you step into your chosen venture. I am retired and I have a lot to share. I can help with company training programs, clarifying goals, and discovering safe-to-fail strategies for success. In my last career I led a team of three Six Sigma Black Belts and the Enterprise Project Management Office. I recognize the wisdom in hiring people smarter than yourself and developing the superpower of asking the right questions.
