Beth Solomon is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Industry Relations at the International Franchise Association. Ms. Solomon worked previously as a strategic communications consultant at the National Restaurant Association and as a principal at CTPartners, the global executive search firm, in the CEO and Board of Directors practices in the Washington, D.C. office.
Keith A. Mathias is the Director of Strategic-Markets Development for WIN Home Inspection. Keith started his career as a franchise owner with ServiceMaster in the late 70’s and sold his two successful franchises to join the franchisors management team in the late 80’s. Over the next 15 years Keith served in all areas of the franchise program including operations, training and franchise development. Keith helped launch the “WIN for America” Veterans program which is on track to help 20 Veterans own their own WIN business by the end of Q1 2013.
Dale Omer is Vice President, Business Development for Century 21 Real Estate LLC. Dale is a Vietnam veteran, having begun his career as a US Army Crew Chief. He has spent the last 33 years in the real estate business and joined Century 21 in 1990. Dale is directly responsible for over 300 Century 21 franchisees in 11 states (AZ, NM,TX, OK, AR, LA, MS,CO, NE, NV, UT).
As Military Program Manager for Snap-on Tools, Jon Rucker works to strategize, develop, and maintain Snap-On’s Military Program. He served for over 20 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as Regional Director of Recruiting, Atlanta, GA. Jon serves on the International Franchise Association’s VetFran Committee, creating awareness within the franchising and military communities that our veterans’ skill sets are perfect for franchising.
