Instructions to Make Sure SCORE Emails Arrive In Your Inbox (and not your SPAM folder)

Step 1: If our email is in your AOL Spam Folder, open the email and click, "Not Spam" button.
Step 2: To ensure you receive future emails, click on "Contacts" in the left menu.
Step 3: In the top menu, select "New" and then click on "New Contact".
Step 4: In the "Email 1" field, enter in the email from SCORE that you are receiving. SCORE uses several emails, so select the appropriate email(s) to enter. Refer to your email or select from the list below:

webmaster@score.org (eNews and ExpertANSWERS)
donotreply@score.org
cyber.admin@score.org
cyber.counseling@score.org
edmis@score.org

Step 5: Click "Create" in the top menu.

Gmail

Step 1: If our email is classified as spam, select the message and click "Not Spam".
Step 2: To prevent future emails from being marked as spam, click the "Contacts" link on the left side of the page.
Step 3: Click the "New Contact" button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager.
Step 4: In the "Email" field, enter in the email from SCORE that you are receiving. SCORE uses several emails, so select the appropriate email(s) to enter. Refer to your email or select from the list below:

donotreply@score.org
cyber.admin@score.org
cyber.counseling@score.org
edmis@score.org

Step 5: Click "Save".

Hotmail

Step 1: If our email is in your Junk Folder, select the email and click the "Not junk" button.
Step 2: To ensure you receive future emails, click on "Contacts" in the left menu.
Step 3: In the top menu, select "New".
Step 4: In the "Personal e-mail" field, enter in the email from SCORE that you are receiving. SCORE uses several emails, so select the appropriate email(s) to enter. Refer to your email or select from the list below:

Step 5: Click "Save" in the top menu.

Outlook 2007

Step 1: Click Options from the Tools Menu
Step 2: From the Preferences Tab, Click the "Junk Email" button
Step 3: Click the Safe Senders Tab
Step 4: Add score.org to your safe senders list.

Yahoo! Mail

Step 1: If you are a current subscriber and our email is in your SPAM folder, please open it and click on the "Not Spam" button in the top menu.
Step 2: To ensure you receive future emails, click on the "Options" link located in the top right corner.
Step 3: Click on Block Addresses and make sure score.org is not listed.
Step 4: Click on Filters. Then click the "Add" button.
Step 6: In the "From header" rule, type in score.org
Step 7: Select Inbox as the folder the message should be moved to.
Step 8: Click the "Add Filter" button.

NOTE: You will need to make these adjustments in the Yahoo! Mail Classic interace. These functions are not yet available through the new Yahoo! mail interface.
