SCORE Success Secret:
Although it makes most sense to have as much education and financing as possible when you start a business, I had $50. I never finished high school, but I had an idea, determination, a strong work ethic and the desire to be the best. At one point, I was homeless and later a single mom. Today, I'm a published author and founder/CEO of Creative Solutions Editorial, Inc. with clients such as American Express and Cisco Systems. I inscribe in all my books a saying I saw once, and it's how I live my life: “Limits Exist Only in Your Mind!”
