“Several years ago, three SCORE mentors (including myself) in the Indianapolis chapter met with a lady who was a baton-twirling instructor for high school and college students. She had developed three videos for training the art of twirling and she needed to help to market them. She was successful in doing so and has marketed them globally! During the time we worked with her, she and her husband developed a new baton with features that made twirling easier. She has now sold the baton for several years. While most of the advice she received from SCORE was related to the marketing of her products, we were also able to provide help her with design and manufacturing questions for the batons.”
