Restaurant Finds Perfect Niche in Foodie Scene

“There is no Indian fast casual” said the client. “The concept is natural. I’ve always loved food, so I thought this was a business I could do.” The client was assigned to a SCORE Counselor who has opened more than 18 restaurants in his career. The client tells their story as, “We started in a one hour time window in a coffee shop and after two hours adjourned to my home where the one hour counseling session lasted four more hours.” The client is now on the road to franchising 25 locations.
