Mom Fashions Flexible Work Life

A stay-at-home mom of two had a great business idea – why hide a treasured photo in a locket? Things were getting tight at home financially so between credit cards and personal lines of credit, she began turning her idea into a reality. She began experimenting with all types of sealants trying to find one that would be airtight, waterproof and would last a lifetime without damaging the photo or piece. When she discovered/created her patented sealant, the hard part was over and she got to really enjoy herself creating designs that are unique and compelling. She is a huge proponent of flexible work schedules. She has six employees, all of whom work a flexible schedule to accommodate their busy family lives.
