We were introduced to SCORE by a group of students from Eastern Illinois University. They came to our business to interview us relative to completing an assignment for a Small Business & Entrepreneurship class. During one of our visits they mentioned the services of SCORE. An inquiry was made and we ended up meeting with two SCORE counselors. Additional counselors have been added to the mix to help with other specific issues that have arisen in our business.

Over a period of months we have had the opportunity to discuss numerous facets of our business ranging from store inventory presentation to financial analysis. We have examined outside sign designs, inventory levels, store space utilization, and marketing concepts. The SCORE counselors have virtually looked at and analyzed almost every aspect of our business. They have been extremely competent in assisting us to better enhance the operational aspects of our business.
It is wonderful to have such a service in which to draw upon. Every business needs a sounding board at certain times in the life of their business. The counselors at SCORE have been a blessing to our business. They provide a valuable resource to the regional community.
