Amortization Calculator
A 12 Month Cash Flow Projection is a basic rquirement for any loan application. This easy to use calculator will give you the monthly principal and interest schedule you will need to enter in your projection. Just enter the loan amount (principal), your estimated interest rate, number of payments per year (normally 12) and total number of payments (based on the expected term of your loan). Be sure to check the box "Show Amortization Schedule" to print the entire schedule.
