SCORE Names Karen Krzmarzick Vice President of Field Services
Washington, D.C.—The SCORE Association “Counselors to America’s Small Business” names Karen Krzmarzick as vice president of field services at the SCORE Association office in Washington, D.C. Her responsibilities include managing SCORE’s Volunteer Services Department and assisting SCORE’s 389 chapters nationwide with volunteer recruitment, orientation, training and retention.
Krzmarzick is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). With nearly 20 years of association experience, she brings an extensive knowledge of association management to SCORE.
Most recently, Krzmarzick was assistant director of education programs for the American Society for Industrial Security in Alexandria, Va. During the course of her career, she has worked in management positions for other associations in the Washington, D.C. area.
Krzmarzick earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. She also earned her Masters of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix Online. In 2000, she was the recipient of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Award of Excellent for Education Programming.
