SCORE Names Devin Jopp Chief Technology Officer

Washington, D.C.—The SCORE Association "Counselors to America's Small Business" appoints Devin Jopp to the position of chief technology officer at the SCORE Association office in Washington, D.C. His responsibilities include leadership on technology strategy development, system integration and the deployment of Web technology to enhance organizational functions and data reporting solutions.

Jopp has served in IT leadership roles for a number of nonprofit organizations and brings significant expertise in technology solutions, customer relationship management and organizational development. Before joining SCORE, Jopp served as chief administrative officer with the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee (URAC).

Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of business programs and chief information officer for the Health Insurance Association of America. He currently serves as vice-chair of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Technology Section.

A native of Greensboro, MD, Jopp earned his Masters of Science in computer and information sciences from Hood College, and his Bachelor of Arts in computer information systems from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Currently he is pursuing a Doctorate of Education in human and organizational studies from George Washington University’s Executive Leadership Program.
