SCORE “Counselors to America’s Small Business” and Easi Media Form Alliance to Provide Immediate Access to Small Business Resources

Washington, D.C.—SCORE “Counselors to America’s Small Business” and Easi Media, Inc., announce an alliance that will reduce the time and effort business owners spend trying to find a wide range of business information. Easi Media will provide a free copy of its electronic small business technical guide, iEdition, to entrepreneurs who receive counseling from SCORE or attend one of SCORE’s business training workshops.

The alliance between SCORE, the premier source for small business counseling, and Easi Media, an innovator in providing content, will be of tremendous benefit to business owners. Easi Media is providing CD-ROMS of its small business technical guide iEdition to SCORE chapters and its clients nationwide. The iEdition software shortens the time it takes to research a business venture. Users can get instant access to business information, tax and small business regulations, and other information directly from their desktop. A link to the Easi Media Web site will also be available on www.score.org to download a copy of the software.

SCORE CEO Ken Yancey says, "Easi Media's iEdition software is a useful resource for small businesses. We are pleased to be able to offer iEdition's useful tools to our SCORE chapters and their clients.” Yancey adds, “The information iEdition makes available can help entrepreneurs in any business."

Easi Media, Inc., CEO Theodore Van Der Merwe says, "We value our active participation in helping SCORE to further their mission of serving the entrepreneur and small business owner.” Van Der Merwe adds, “Through our partnership with SCORE we will provide convenient access to up-to-date small business information to help entrepreneurs make informed decisions."
