Early in career, assumed roles of increasing responsibility in a manufacturing environment including inventory and production control, industrial engineering, production management and operations. First general management position was general manager of a manufacturing plant in the metal working industry. Held positions of Director, Business Process Improvement, Director Environmental & Regulatory Compliance, vice president Marketing & Projects, and vice president US Manufacturing. All positions were for a multi-location, multi-national company. Served on the board of directors of a three-party joint venture company in which my company was involved.
