Stephen Barczykowski is a Senior Finance Executive with over 25 years of experience improving corporate performance and value. He has coupled his advanced financial analytic skills with his use of creative problem-solving to initiate and execute various projects improving profitability and efficiency.  A strategic thinker, Mr. Barczykowski also has the ability to develop and implement the tactical plans necessary to accomplish the job. He is well versed in bank financing and has completed a number of corporate debt restructurings.  As project manager for enterprise-wide IT conversions, he has improved efficiencies and developed scalability at both TRI-Supply & Equipment and B.A. Equipment & Supplies. Throughout his career he has developed organization-level, comprehensive business plans and financial and operational models. 

 

Mr. Barczykowski’s career has included executive level finance positions with distribution and equipment distributors, credit card processors, and a savings and loan. His specific expertise is in the development of organizational and financial scalability to rapidly growing mid-sized organizations.  He also initiated severe cost-cutting and organizational right-sizing to ensure survivability during times of economic crises.  He has successfully negotiated and managed two acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Barczykowski has successfully assisted owners, on two occasions, in the profitable sale of their companies by leading the due diligence process. B.A. Equipment was sold to United Rentals, a public company and Electronic Payment Exchange was sold to a private investment banking group. He has successfully launched and managed human resource, legal, IT and risk management departments and functions.
