Managed large operating budgets ($35,000,000+ annually)for all ships, stations and aircraft including fuel. Over 1,000 hours of continuing education in Real Estate Brokerage, Finance, Management and Law. Associate Degree, New York State University Numerous coursed in U.S. Coast Guard covering time critical risk management decision making. Included such training as Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue Coordination for Senior Officers.
