KEN McCANN: Ken has over thirty-five years of experience as a senior manager in the computer industry. He spent twenty years in engineering, manufacturing and quality management at NCR Corp. He co-founded and owned Quality Resource Center, Inc. for 18 years, an organization providing international Management Systems consulting services and founded McCann & Associates. Ken holds a BS degree in Business Management from Chapman University of Orange, California and is licensed in the State of California in the trades of Plumbing, Sanitation and Home Improvement.
