KC has over 30 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, project management, business process improvement and systems development.  In the first 22 years of his career, he worked in the Banking Industry as a Real Estate Loan Officer, Internal Auditor, Loan Portfolio Examiner and Business Analyst.  In his last 15 years before retirement, he served as the Director of Information Technology for the Human Resources Department at the University of California, San Diego.
