John spend 37 years with Caterpillar with the last 10 years as the Director of Research & Technology.  Areas of strength include strategic planning, mergers, acquisition, nonprofits and people development.

John has conducted strategic planning exercises with several nonprofits to help them establish goals and direction for the future.

John's goal is to use is experience to "give back" through SCORE and other involvements with nonprofits.
