Worked as an engineer and manager for a major supplier of computers and peripheral equipment to the US Navy. Responsible for a customer service department supplying warranty support, spare parts, technical bulletins, repairs, updates, field change order preparation and installation. Early career was supplying training and troubleshooting at customer facilities for periods of six months to two years. Post retirement developed skills in web site creation, and currently manage three sites.
