She has supported companies of all sizes, from small businesses to major corporations and has managed both large teams (>25 people) and small. She applies proposal best practices from Shipley, the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), and large proposal shops such as Northrop Grumman and L-3 to ensure that her teams produce proposals that are compliant, compelling, and on-time. She understands what it takes to win business in the government marketplace, which she reflects in clear, concise guidance to her teams.
Ms. Crane is a also seasoned proposal writer with more than 30 years of experience in writing Technical, Management, and Past Performance volumes, as well as Executive Summaries, resumes, and other required plans. As a former systems engineer, solutions architect, and program manager; she brings subject matter understanding that enables her to effectively describe and sell her clients’ solutions.
