Overview

Keeping good records and control of your cash flow will go a long way in  helping ensure the long-term success of your business and you don’t have to be a math whiz to do it.  Designed for non-accountants, this workshop helps you understand accounting principles, financial statements, general business records, taxes and management accounting.  Recommended pre-requisite: Writing a Winning Business Plan Workshop.

Cornelius L. Mhley, CPA
Cornelius L. Mhley is a Certified Public Accountant in practice since 1980. He is currently retiring as a principal from Santos, Postal & Co. P.C., a Certified Public Accounting firm located at ll North Washington St. Suite 600, Rockville, Md. 20850 and has been with Santos Postal since 2005. Prior to his joining Santos Postal, Cornel had maintained his own accounting practice in Rockville for twenty four years. Mr. Mhley graduated from Villanova University and Robert Morris College.

Mr. Mhley is a member of the American and Maryland Institutes of Certiñed Public Accountants, as well as a member of the Association of Practicing CPA’s. He is also involved with the Rockville Chamber of Commerce, Rockville Kiwanis Club as well as the Montgomery County Speakers Bureau. Cornel was primarily involved in the practice of tax preparation and tax planning for individuals, businesses, trusts and estates and is well versed in accounting principles and concepts for profit and nonprofit organizations.
