This workshop covers the basics of a compliant accounting system for federal government contractors.  Learn the most important things you need to survive and thrive as a federal contractor.  Workshop covers a variety of topics including the allocation of your business expenses to direct and indirect cost pools, allocation of costs between projects, audits, timesheet management, unallowable costs, and job costing.

Instructor BioGerry Sanz had a successful career in the federal government professional services industry. He began his career with the BDM Corporation, a large firm in the industry. After learning the business, he founded his own business, and was majority owner and President for nearly 20 years. This small business provided professional, technical, and engineering services to a wide variety of Government clients across the country.
