Joseph Martinez is an attorney practicing in the areas of business and real estate transactions. He represents real property owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and borrowers and lenders. His expertise encompasses sophisticated real estate matters including acquisitions, development, leasing, equity investment and secured lending transactions. He is a member of the San Diego County and State of California Bar Associations.
Elizabeth Rowe is a commercial real estate broker at ECP Commercial. She represents both landlords and tenants throughout San Diego County in all aspects of leasing. She holds a BS in Business Administration, emphasis in Real Estate, from San Diego State University. She is an alumni member of the Real Estate Society of SDSU and a member of San Diego’s Connected Women of Influence.
