Basic negotiation skills are fundamental to starting or running a business.  Building on the book, "Getting to Yes", this seminar provides a straightforward and universally applicable approach to reaching mutually acceptable agreements in any situation.  Learn how to focus on interests not positions to avoid value-depleting traps and unnecessary delays.  The workshop will include "case studies" so you can practice your negotiation techniques.
