- Understand the 3 key criteria that influence these styles
- Determine your personal style that comes naturally and how you can be more effective.
- How you can use more than one style to improve selling opportunities
- How to read the customer's or prospect's style and use it to make a sale
Effective Closing Techniques:
- Trust. How to gain a customer's trust and confidence.
- Learn 10 effective & proven closing techniques
- The need for multiple trial closes and the impact on your selling effectiveness
- A networking event will be held in Eagle Vale's Argyle Grill from 5:00 to 7:00 pm following the workshop.

Bob graduated from SUNY at Buffalo and Brown University, with a Masters in Management & Finance Bob worked 15 years in banking as VP for Marketing & Branch Administration. 13 years running a consulting company specializing in small & medium size businesses. 16 years at Paychex as a senior leadership & management development trainer. In addition, Bob has been an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology for 30 years, teaching 8 courses in entrepreneurship, marketing, & professional selling.
