This seminar covers the basics of starting a business, including Business Registration, Licenses, Legal Structure (the relative benefits of an LLC, S Corp, Partnerships, etc.), Financing, efficient use of Legal and Accounting assistance at this planning stage, etc. Included are the basic elements of the Business Plan, a must for any business, including elements of the Financial and Marketing Plans... Leave with a good grasp of the next steps in establishing a successful business.
