Overview

Exit planning should be a key part of your business strategy.  It will link your personal goals with your business goals.  Proper planning can improve business performance and hence valuation. 

The workshop will touch on:

      - the exit planning process,

      - private business valuation,

      - exit options, and

      - tax implications.

 

The Presenter: Tom LeBlanc

Tom is an independent business advisor.  His business experience includes 16 years at three private businesses as principal and COO/CEO.  In addition, he held finance and operations positions at large multi-national technology companies.

Tom is a Certified Business Exit Manager and a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor.  He holds an MBA from Northeastern and is a retired army reserve Lieutenant Colonel.

 

The Workshop fee is $15.00, and due to space limitations, we are only able to accept on-line registrations.

Parking is available for $1/hour in the lot to the left (west) of the I-Lab.   Overflow parking in the HBS lot.  $14 per day.
