About Richard:
Early in his career, Dick was an executive with a large, international telecommunications company and had responsibilities for customer service, information systems development and implementation, and business and strategic planning including the development of new strategic planning methodologies. Subsequently, he was a senior business consultant for two international information technology companies. Later he started his own consulting business with a focus on small business startups. He has been a SCORE mentor for 15 years, first in Maryland and now in Florida.
