First half of my career was systems programming and applications system design and programming employing various then current languages including assembly. Second half of my career I became engrossed in sales and marketing, technical products including hardare and software.  Gradually elevated my status to Sr. VP level for small to mid sizeed companies [under $100 million].  I've also had two entrepreneurial endeavors...1st,  in 1973, co-created a retail/nursing home pharmacy system (hardware + Software) w sales & installations throughout east coast.  Was CEO-COO of this co. for 14 years.  2nd endeavor ..in 1998, I founded and ran a small Florida based, medical dealer/distributorship specializing in MRI compatible equipment and Patient Immobilization products for Radiation Therapy, & other medical supplies.  Grew the company through business to business sales as well as government sub contracts (mainly US AID) and operated this company for 12 years.

My extremely diverse background includes positions such as Director of Finance, GM of Manufacturing, VP Transportation and Logistics, and VP of Operations. Experienced working with companies as small as $3MM in sales to as large as $3 Billion. TERRY HAAS Pasco-Hernando SCORE Chapter 439 Career Highlights: - Six years as a U.S. Navy Supply Officer focused on computer systems - Thirty year career at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc, a $10B industrial chemical company: Started in the Information Systems area as a systems analyst and after ten years was managing all the computer work for the Chemicals group. Shifted to take responsibility for the customer service function of Chemicals; centralized Chemicals customer service, began the first Inside Sales operation, as well as the first centralized product information center. Then centralized all customer service and logistics for the company, ultimately managing a 250 person center responsible for the order to cash process, delivery scheduling, inventory management, and collections. After retiring from Air Products, joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Advisory consulting group working for four year assisting Fortune 50 clients with business process improvement and systems effectiveness.

Professional Business Experience: I have in excess of 25 years of senior management experience in businesses from start-up to working with other businesses who are experiencing operating and financial distress. My diverse business background includes consulting and training, commercial loan underwriting, coal mining operations, oil & gas exploration, retail convenient stores with quick service restaurants, and a FAA Part 145 aircraft repair station.
