Carmen’s thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur has enabled her to provide business owners the tools and systems needed to grow their businesses.  She is currently active with national and international organizations such as SCORE, a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), where she currently serves as Chair/President of the Princeton chapter.  She is also a business counselor for Partners World Wide, an international nonprofit Christian organization dedicated to end poverty by developing businesses in third world countries.  Her coaching strengths include her focus on entrepreneurial management and leadership skills, business planning, process improvement and systems development as well as implementation.
