John Twyford

As a banker and management consultant, and entrepreneur Twyford has helped countless small businesses in the areas of marketing, operations, and finance.  Twyford provides full-service management support, business development, and marketing support to banks, businesses, universities, municipalities, government agencies, and service organizations.  In addition to his professional activities, Twyford is an adjunct faculty member at Arkansas State University where he instructs business courses.  Twyford also holds a deep sense of community and has served both public and private organizations such as vice chairman for finance of the Little Rock Zoo Commission, founding president of the Maumelle, Arkansas, chamber of commerce and the boards of the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, the Little Rock Southside Main Street Project, the Wade Knox Children's Advocacy Center, and key committees of several Arkansas economic development organizations.  On a recent project at the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center, Twyford lead one of the nation's top performing JOBS Act teams. As a mentor for SCORE Twyford has counseled hundreds of entrepreneurs.

He has progressed from Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Services Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President of Operations, General Manager, President and Chief Operating Officer. Since 2002, Mr. Keller has redirected his focus to the Non-Profit Sector by volunteering in areas of senior services, education and developing economic skills with young men and woman at risk, and counseling and mentoring companies and individuals to improve their economic conditions. Shifted to take responsibility for the customer service function of Chemicals; centralized Chemicals customer service, began the first Inside Sales operation, as well as the first centralized product information center. Then centralized all customer service and logistics for the company, ultimately managing a 250 person center responsible for the order to cash process, delivery scheduling, inventory management, and collections. After retiring from Air Products, joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Advisory consulting group working for four year assisting Fortune 50 clients with business process improvement and systems effectiveness.
