Turned them around and made INC 500 4 times. Started my own wholesale company in a consumer product, window coverings. Developed training programs for both selling and installing to consumers. Success in wholesale lead to developing a successful retail business. Sold both companies to the largest window covering company in the world. Since, my background includes experience in all aspects of the distribution chain from raw material, manufacturing, retailing, to a product installed in the consumers home I feel I can offer assistance to those starting a new business or presented with a challenge in their current business. Began career with a small company and ended it with a multi- national. Have worked in Canada, Mexico and the US. As a SCORE counselor I have helped clients plannning to start small businesses such as Food Services, drycleaning and laundry services, Nursing and Residential Care, Adminisration of Human Resouce Programs, Electronic and Miscellaneous Manfacturing, Museums, Social Assistance etc. Also assisted clients on business plans, budgets, financial planning, funding, patents and copyrights, marketing and management.
