I started my career path with the United States Air Force where I spent 22yrs. I began as a physical conditioning specalist (judo instructor) and became a guidance system technician with the Titan II program. Was accepted into the Airman Educationing Program and was Commissioned as a 2nd Lt. Spent the next ten years in verious financial areas ending my career as a budget officer. After retiring from the Air Force, I took a position at Ingalls Shipbuilding a where I spent 25.5 year as the Financial Manager for two major shipbuilding programs.(The Ticondaroga Class Cruisers and the AEGIS Destroyers). While at the shipyard I also served as a adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi where I taught finance and management courses. I retired from the shipyard in January 2003 and have served as a SCORE counselor since.
