He was a principal/founder in two small software high tech startups.

He was the COO of a fixed wireless broadband company focused on the Caribbean market. Mark was the VP of Business Development at a software industry non profit. In 1949, I borrowed my parents four door Plymouth sedan, strapped a ladder rack to the roof, took out the back seat to make room for tools and supplies, and I started a one man television installation and service company. I was the Geek Squad of my day. From television installation, we took on closed circuit television, master antennae, paging and music background, school and business intercom and ultimately telephone, systems. When I sold the business in 1982 we had grown to forty installation and service vehicles and employed 120 people. During those years of growth I held every position in the company. I was a service and installation tech, a service manager, then an operations manager. I was a salesman, then a sales manager, then a chief financial officer and ultimately the Chief Executive Officer. During those thirty three years I have seen it all, done it all, but most importantly, have made every mistake it was possible to make. Don't repeat my mistakes.
