The Spanish-language workbook, Cómo Comenzar Realmente Su Propio Negocio, covers topics important to prospective small business owners, such as defining and creating a business plan, finance options, infrastructure support and forecasting.

Washington, D.C.—Robert Ronzoni of Port Washington, NY has been appointed assistant director for strategic alliances for the SCORE Association “Counselors to America’s Small Business.” In this national role, he will be responsible for forming strategic partnerships and increasing community alliance projects between SCORE and the business community. He will also aid SCORE’s mission of providing small business counseling and training to America’s entrepreneurs, by helping SCORE form alliances.

Washington, D.C.─The SCORE Association “Counselors to America’s Small Business” significantly increased outreach to the small business marketplace by 14 percent in the fiscal year 2002, which ended on September 30, 2002. Nationwide, more than 335,000 entrepreneurs took advantage of SCORE’s business counseling and small business workshops.
