Washington, D.C.—The SCORE Association announces the launch of its redesigned SCORE Small Business Web Site, www.score.org. The site features SCORE’s hallmark email counseling advice service. The updated Ask SCORE service features five-steps to business advice. Entrepreneurs can enter keywords or a question to find one of more than 1,200 business experts. Ask SCORE offers entrepreneurs access to advisors, who bring more than 600 combined skills.

Washington, D.C.—Ronnie C. McClure of Double Oak, Texas, was re-elected to his position as treasurer of The SCORE Foundation. McClure is a Certified Public Accountant, and a former "Big Eight" tax partner who has extensive experience with foundation and nonprofit accounting. He began his new term on October 1, 2003.

Washington, D.C.—James W. Pyles of Elkhart, Ind., was recently elected vice chair of the Board of Directors of SCORE, “Counselors to America’s Small Business.” His one-year term began October 1, 2003.

SCORE is a nonprofit association that provides free and confidential business counseling and low-cost small business workshops and seminars. SCORE members volunteer their time and expertise to advise, counsel and mentor entrepreneurs.

Carl Trautmann of St. Louis, Mo., will serve the second year of his two-year term as board chair. Other elected officers include James Pyles of Elkhart, Ind., who will serve as vice chair; Joseph Wollenberger of Charleston, W.V., elected as secretary; and Diane Sisson of Daphne, Ala., re-elected as treasurer.

Washington, D.C.—The SCORE Foundation has re-elected its officers and elected one new board director for the upcoming year. Returning as board chair is R. Duncan Brown of Rockford, Ill. In addition, Patty DeDominic of Los Angeles was re-elected vice chair; Diane Sisson of Daphne, Ala., returns as secretary; and Ronnie McClure of Double Oak, Texas, was re-elected treasurer. The new member of the board of directors is Anthony Scaramucci of New York City. Their terms began October 1, 2003.
