Washington, D.C. - SCORE, mentors to America’s small businesses, is proud to honor its entrepreneurial clients during National Entrepreneurship Month and all year round. As proclaimed by President Barack Obama, November is National Entrepreneurship Month and Friday, November 16^th shall be celebrated as National Entrepreneurs’ Day. Nurturing the American entrepreneurial spirit is something that SCORE does every day and nationwide. With the assistance of SCORE, 40,537 new small businesses were started by American entrepreneurs in the last year.

Washington, D.C. - SCORE, mentors to America’s small businesses, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Paychex, a recognized leader in the payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing industry.

The Town of Davie & BECON TV have released BIZBLOCK the television series designed to educate and inform microbusiness enterprises and small to medium business owners in and around the Town of Davie.  

BizBlock is an 8 part television series produced in conjunction with BECON-TV, the Town of Davie Housing & Community Development Department.

Broward SCORE together with the SBA and supported by AARP held Entrepreneur Encore Mentor Day on October 2, 2012 at Nova Southeastern University. The event was targeted at assisting people over age 50 who were looking to start a second career as entrepreneurs with their own businesses.

The event consisted of a presentation about what services SCORE, the SBA & AARP could provide to aid entrepreneurs with either starting a business or growing one if they had already started.
