I am an award-winning manager of responses to Federal and State government Request for Proposals (RFP).  I developed a repeatable process for producing proposals based on best practices and lessons learned. My deep understanding of RFPs is enhanced by my experience consulting with government agencies as they developed their RFPs and evaluated proposals from other contractors.
