Senior management of Silicon Valley communication, networking and computer companies. Vice President Engineering of large and small companies; also Chief Operating Officer with financial and legal operations in start-up companies. Extensive involvement with the business planning, IT management, internet technologies, financing and product design. Also a member, advisor and investor in computer and network technology venture capital firms.

Sally has over 35 years experience in the US Electronics industry. Her career began with several small companies in sales, product management, and Quality Assurance. Sally has founded, owned, and sold two entreprenurial businesses as a 50% partner. The first was as a manufacturers' representative specializing in power conversion products, and the second was as the exclusive US distributor for a Chinese LCD/Contract Assembly factory specializing in custom products.

Mike currently counsels SCORE clients in Madison and Middletown Connecticut. His background includes starting several business consulting firms, working at a "big six" management consulting firm in New York City, and reaching the level of Chief Technical Officer for a large insurance corporation. He is a professional project manager and has experience working on merger/acquisition teams, developing strategic plans, executing large financial systems projects, and managing mid-sized organizations. He is also an experienced technical trainer. Mike is retired from business. He is actively engaged in volunteer activities serving as a member of the Board of Directors at WFC in Meriden where he is active on the Audit Committee and marketing and tutoring high school students in physics and mathematics. He has prior experience as a member of several boards of directors for non-profits including start ups. Mike is a veteran and provides returning veterans with business startup and operations counseling through SCORE as well as other veteran oriented services.
