Jovita Carranza Jovita Carranza of Skokie, IL is founder and president of The JCR Group, a consulting firm serving corporations and NGOs on issues of business development and profit and loss management. She served as the Deputy Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration from December 2006 to January 2009 and previously as vice president of air operations for UPS where she led the cutting-edge automated package processing operation. William Finnerty William Finnerty of Arlington, VA, is a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS Financial Services. In addition to being featured in Washingtonian magazine as a leader in wealth management, Finnerty was also interviewed by Southeast Wealth Management Business in April 2008 for a series on industry leaders.
