Martin Baumann of Tampa, FL, a CPA, has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, auditing some of the largest U.S. and international banking, insurance and other financial services companies. Since 2006, he has served in Washington, D.C. as a director of regulatory review and compliance in the accounting sector.
Gail Blanke
Gail Blanke of New York, is founder, president, and chief executive officer of Lifedesigns, LLC, a company whose vision is to empower men and women worldwide to live truly exceptional lives. A renowned executive coach and presentation skills trainer, Blanke has advised CEO’s, presidential candidates, college presidents – and even a jazz musician. Considered one of the finest motivational speakers in the country, she has delivered keynote addresses for corporations including GE, MasterCard, JPMorgan Chase, UBS, AXA Financial, Citigroup and at events such as the “Global Summit of Women” in Taiwan, the “Decade to Democracy” conference in Budapest and Cornell University’s symposium, “Contracting Out: Danger Signal for Working Women and Men” chaired by Betty Friedan.
John Carden
John Carden of Point Clear, AL, is the retired Vice-Chair of Ernst & Young, LLP, having served with the firm for more than 30 years. His consulting experience covers strategic planning, turnaround assistance, inventory valuation and quality management issues. Carden joined SCORE in 1997 and has served as both chapter vice-chair and chair. Currently, he is the chairman of Point Clear Investments, Inc., a board director for Turner Supply Company, and owner of four Toledo, Ohio, area retail establishments.
Ridgely Evers
Ridgely Evers of Healdsburg, CA, started his first business in the early 1970's. In 1988, he joined Intuit, where he was responsible for the creation of QuickBooks and later instrumental in creating their online banking system. After Intuit, he was CEO of several successful technology start-ups. Since 2003, he has been a managing partner at Tapit Partners, providing assistance to both start-ups and Global 2000 companies.
William Finnerty
William Finnerty of Arlington, VA, is a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS Financial Services.  In addition to being featured in Washingtonian magazine as a leader in wealth management, Finnerty was also interviewed by Southeast Wealth Management Business in April 2008 for a series on industry leaders. An accredited IMCA CPWASM, he has earned the professional designations of Investment Management Strategist and Certified Investment Management Analyst SM as well as the wealth management and alternative investment certificates.  Finnerty was the top finance graduate of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in 1994. He dedicates much of his spare time to Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he is an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Compass Partners, which is an organization dedicated to the effective teaching of social entrepreneurship at the college level.
Edie Fraser
Edie Fraser of Washington, DC, has devoted her life to entrepreneurship, diversity and philanthropy. She currently serves as a senior consultant for Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson, the largest woman-founded and owned executive search firm in the U.S. with offices in more than 35 countries. She founded the Public Affairs Group with Diversity Best Practices and the Business Women’s Network (BWN) and Best Practices in Corporate Communications, which she sold in 2001. She has worked to support more than 250 corporations and organizations. Fraser is a founding member of the Committee of 200. She is a member of The Enterprising Women Hall of Fame and received the eWomen Network International Femtor Award for Lifetime Achievement. Fraser has won 38 major awards in Diversity and Women’s Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Communications. She received the SCORE 2008 Award for Small Business Leadership Advocate and the Lou Campanelli Award. She is active on several national boards of directors serving small business, women and diversity. Fraser co-authored “Do Your Giving While You Are Living,” a best–selling book, along with Robyn Spizman. Fraser produced an earlier book on women’s entrepreneurship called “Risk to Riches in America.”
Gerald Glenn
Jerry (Gerald) Glenn of Lancaster, PA is principal of G Squared Consulting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions for medium to large companies.  He held several prominent positions throughout his 35 year tenure with Armstrong World Industries, Inc., including President and CEO of Armstrong International Floor Operations based in Bietigheim-Bissingen,Germany.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.  An active member of SCORE, he has served in several roles within the organization including Chapter Chair of the Lancaster SCORE chapter, District Director and as a member of the Finance Committee.
Gail Goodman
Gail Goodman of Waltham, MA, is the CEO of Constant Contact, a leading provider of email marketing, social media marketing, event marketing and online survey tools for small organizations. Since joining Constant Contact, Goodman has led the company to more than 350,000 customers worldwide and an initial public offering in October 2007. Gail was named “Executive of the Year” at the 2009 American Business Awards and was the 2008 New England Regional Winner of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Goodman develops and tracks best practices in small business success, email marketing, customer communications and entrepreneurship.
Dedra Johanneson

Presently Dedra owns 19 Mystic Mountain LLC, a real estate investment company. Previously Dedra was President/Owner of a chain of Pick’n Save Supermarkets in Appleton, Wisconsin and other supermarkets in Colorado. Responsible for the success and growth of a 40 million dollar company and 400 employees.  Dedra had been in the wholesale and retail supermarket industry for 24 years. In 2007, Dedra received the “National Champion of Women Business” award from SBA.
Barbara J. Lippard
Barbara J. Lippard of Berkeley, CA, retired after serving as investment manager of Time, Inc.’s Venture Capital Group. She also served as Vice President, Director of Corporate Development, for Selling Areas-Marketing Inc. (SAMI), a division of Time, Inc. During her career, Lippard provided consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses for planning, funding and financial management. She joined SCORE in 1997, first in Hilton Head, SC, where she served as chapter chair. After moving to California, Lippard continued as an active mentor and leader at East Bay SCORE in Oakland and most recently served as district director, overseeing SCORE offices in the San Francisco area.
J. Michael Mendez

J. Michael Mendez of Santa Fe, NM, retired after a 33-year career with Southern California Edison Company (SCE). During his 10 years as a corporate officer, Mendez held the positions of Vice President of Human Resources, Labor Relations and Regional Leadership. At the time of his retirement, he was the Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations. After moving to Santa Fe, Mendez joined SCORE. In addition to his community service activities, he is a consultant on human resources and labor relations issues.

Keith Ogata of Honolulu, HI, is the president of 3-K Financial Corporation in Nevada, a private investment and consulting firm. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer and treasurer of the National Education Corporation in Irvine, Calif., a leading education, training and publishing company. His responsibilities included accounting and finance, strategic planning, investor and public relations, human resources, risk management and information systems.
Larry Pelka
Larry Pelka of Chicago, IL has been a SCORE member since 2001 and is currently the Assistant District Director in Illinois; previously chapter chair in Chicago SCORE. Pelka was CEO of Associates Commercial Corp., a world wide commercial lessor and lender with over 12 divisions.  Prior to his 22 years with ACC, Larry was the central region manager for General Electric Capital.
Laura Radewald
Laura Radewald of Hopkins, MN currently serves as Vice-President of Brand, Media Relations, and Customer Experience for Deluxe Corporation.   Throughout her many years in the marketing industry  working with firms including  General Mills, American Express Financial Advisors, 3M, and multiple software and technology start-ups, she has specialized in the repositioning and reinventing of brands.  In 1999, she co-founded ExperienceArt.com which was chosen to be a member in the highly-selective Austin Technology Incubator.  She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Deluxe Foundation which contributes to education, human services & cultural organizations.
Henry A. Schimberg
Henry A. Schimberg of Atlanta, GA heads the management team of Cellular Hydration Technologies, a major developer, marketer and distributor of unique health care products and functional food and beverage products in the United States. As former President & CEO of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., he brings over 40 years of experience to the SCORE board. He has served as chairman of the Executive Board of the National Soft Drink Association, was prominently featured in Forbes Magazine and was elected Man of the Year by Beverage Industry magazine.  He recently established the Schimberg Endowment which seeks to develop a strong sense of personal and business ethics among the next generation of business and corporate leaders.
Hal Shelton

Hal Shelton had a successful career in the energy industry. First at Sunoco, Inc. including a four year assignment in London. Then with USEC Inc., a global energy company and the world’s leading supplier of enriched uranium fuel for commercial nuclear power plants. At USEC he was senior VP & Chief Financial Officer and quarterbacked its privatization—the largest for a US Government entity, via an IPO. Hal also was a board member and audit committee chair for a NASDAQ listed technology company. Shelton currently serves as board member and CFO/treasurer for Mercy Health Clinic, a nonprofit providing free medical care to low-income, uninsured Montgomery County, MD residents.
Joshua I. Smith
Joshua I. Smith of Silver Spring, MD, is a nationally renowned entrepreneur and lecturer, who has been Chairman and Managing Partner of The Coaching Group since 1998. In this capacity he is the coach/senior advisor/consultant, to the CEO's of portfolio companies. Smith frequently assumes active roles in his client companies that include serving as Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board, Board member, or Advisory Board member. Smith also serves as Chairman of United Converting Company, LLC. United Converting is a manufacturer and distributor of non-woven products serving consumer, industrial and medical markets. In July 2008, he launched Biz Talk With Josh, serving as the show’s host. Biz Talk With Josh is a weekly business talk show airing on the CBS Radio network (Big Talker1580 AM), which focuses on issues impacting entrepreneurs, small, minority and women-owned businesses.
Marilyn Tam
Marilyn Tam of Santa Barbara, CA, boasts an extensive business career that includes prominent executive roles at several world-renowned corporations, such as CEO of Aveda, president of Reebok Apparel and Retail Group, and vice president of Nike. In 1994, Tam was awarded The Reebok Human Rights Award for her humanitarian work. She is the founder and executive director of the Us Foundation, whose mission is to support global action plans and dialogue to address social, economic and environmental issues.
Margie Traylor
Margie Traylor of Tempe, AZ is Chief Executive Officer of both Sitewire, an interactive marketing agency that connects customers and brands through meaningful digital experiences, and The Whale Hunters, a strategic sales coaching company that helps small businesses grow by making bigger sales to bigger customers. In 2010, she was named Arizona's Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and is also a recipient of the Distinguished Women Award from Northwood University.  She also serves as a Director for the John C. Lincoln Health Network.
